What’s a TBI Guy?
The TBI Guy, Glenn, is a fifty-something lifelong gamer from central Illinois. I’m married to another gamer. We have two adult children, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. (Don’t try to do the maths — marriages do odd things to family trees.) We collect board games, about 1100 at last count, and between us play most anything. I also do a bit of online gaming (particularly Hattrick, NationStates, and Second Life) but do not own a video game console.
TBI stands for The Babbage Islands, my principal nation in the browser-based political game NationStates.
My wife and I are both active members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. If you detect a thread of suitability for the family game table running through any reviews, this is a big reason why. (I almost created a Mormon Gamer blog instead, but opted for a broader range.)
